The client must pay the fees specified in the order form and is responsible for paying all taxes associated with the purchase. The client must keep their billing information up-to-date.
Service Fee:
The Service Fees do not include any taxes, including value-added, goods and services, harmonized, use or withholding taxes, imposed by local, state, provincial, federal or foreign governments. The client is responsible for paying all taxes related to their purchases, excluding taxes based on the provider’s income or property. If the provider is legally required to pay or collect taxes that are the client’s responsibility, the appropriate amount will be billed to and paid by the client, unless the client provides the provider with a valid tax exemption certificate from the appropriate taxing authority.
